	Daniell Thompson: Daniell Thompson has worked in Commercial Real Estate for the past 4+ years. Specializing in Office/Retail Leasing, Daniell joined the Benchmark Commercial team in May of 2009. While representing and assisting property owners, small businesses, and corporations in finding their commercial needs/requirements, Daniell is dedicated to consistently exceeding her client's expectations and maintains the unprecedented level of professionalism and strict adherence to ethical standards. Daniell has represented and/or assisted clients such as DFD Architecture, MidFirst Bank, Target, Popeye's Chicken, and was the exclusive listing agent for Vision/FreeOffice who provided a total 400+ offices at 9 different locations around the valley. Being an Arizona native, Daniell enjoys activities such as hiking/climbing, reading, traveling, socializing with close friends, and spending time with family.	Daisy Martinez: Daisy Martinez joined Benchmark Commercial Real Estate in September 2008. While she supports all departments, her main focus is the brokerage division and management of the office. She has developed a comprehensive understanding of the business and real estate needs required to be successful in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Daisy is always willing and ready to put her knowledge, background and experience to work on behalf of Benchmark. Daisy has an Associate of Arts Degree in Graphic Design and holds an Arizona real estate license.
	Jan Wohlers: Jan Wohlers has 25+ years experience in the real estate industry. After completing her Bachelor's degree in education, Jan worked her way up through the residential real estate ranks having done leasing, sales, management, condominium conversions and corporate relocations. She managed and leased a 500,000 sq. ft. shopping mall in the early 1990's and then began her commercial real estate career. Having an in-depth understanding of management and leasing, as well as construction and tenant improvements, Jan has the skill set necessary to successfully be the go-to person in her portfolio. Jan and Marshall, her husband, have 2 children, Charlie and Alexandra, and reside make their home on an acreage in Desert Hills. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, golf, reading and caring for her pets.	Mike DeWar: Mike DeWar is the Building Engineer for all of the Benchmark managed properties. Mike keeps all of the buildings in good repair and looking great. Coming from a technical background, having worked on security systems and cameras, his skills are very useful in the maintenance of his medical building portfolio. He maintains very good working relationships with the tenants and vendors alike. Mike and his wife Kristy have 3 children, Scott, Josh and Kristy. In his spare time, Mike enjoys riding his sand rails, four wheelers and taking his boat to the lake.
	Audra Lynnette Usko: Audra Lynnette Usko joined Benchmark Commercial Real Estate in August 2009 as an Administrative Assistant. Audra has been in the real estate industry providing customer service for 5 years and during that time she has developed a great understanding of the business and real estate needs to be successful in this industry. Audra is grateful to have the pleasure of working on behalf of Benchmark and is devoted to offer her best working skills to the company. She is currently going to real estate school to obtain her real estate license and fulfill her dream of becoming a licensed agent. Audra is an Arizona native. She enjoys going to the gym, the lake, tanning, shopping, dancing, riding quads, and spending time with her friends and family.	Suzanne (Soozie) Wolff: Soozie Wolff joined Benchmark Commercial Real Estate in August 2009 as their property management portfolio bookkeeper. Soozie brings with her more than 20 years of diverse real estate experience. A Phoenix native, she began her career working for a custom - home builder. From there, she moved into the commercial real estate development field and gained an immeasurable familiarity of what it takes to develop a building from the ground up. Soozie has worn several hats and has firsthand experience in acquisitions, development, lease negotiations, tenant improvements, property management and sales. Soozie and her partner, Thom enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with their golden retriever Max.
	Greg Kuechler: Greg Kuechler obtained his Commercial Real Estate license in 2006, specializing in Office/Retail Leasing. Greg joined the Benchmark Commercial team in October of 2009. While representing small businesses and corporations in finding their commercial needs/requirements, Greg is dedicated to consistently exceeding his client's expectations and maintains the unprecedented level of professionalism and strict adherence to ethical standards. Greg consistently looks to add value and provide solutions that help his clients obtain their goals. Moving to Arizona from Wisconsin in 1998, he enjoys golf, hiking/climbing, and coaching golf and soccer for kids. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from UW-Green Bay in 1987.
